Sometimes, when we do not like what we feel, we tend to pretend that we don’t know what we are feeling, we act as though we don’t know to whom those emotions belong to. My clients would say “this isn’t me” to which I remind them, we are human beings, we can hold all emotions and still be who we are. Even though I have never spoken to Olga, she has made an incredible difference in my life.
