But if you ask me what type of music I like, what I do for fun or what I would like to do on my days off, my answer without a doubt is “I DON’T KNOW”. It feels like I no longer recognize me. I do not know me.

While Amazon has been a great help, I have to admit that this year more than ever, I really felt called to think of gifts that will not accumulate dust on a shelf. I was very inspired to be creative and think about experiences that can leave lasting memories instead.

As you probably know, anxiety is brought to you by fear and by a sense that you are not safe. Of course, 90% of the time, the lack of safety is not real, we are actually safe, sometimes even in the comfort of our own home, but our thoughts carry us to a scary future and that’s when we no longer feel safe.
