I’ve deleted my Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts for the holidays. Why, you ask? I’m embarking on a social media cleanse, and here’s why you might consider it too.

Recent research, including a study published in the “Journal of Social and Clinical Psychology,” highlights the benefits of taking a break from social media. It’s been linked to significant improvements in well-being, reduced anxiety, and enhanced mindfulness.

Disconnecting from the constant buzz of social media can truly be a breath of fresh air for our mental health.

This holiday season, I’m dedicating my time to being fully present with my family. My plan? Giving my child and husband undivided attention, reconnecting with relatives, and creating cherished memories. Imagine the joy of reading hardcover books without the temptation to check notifications, or the pleasure of savouring a meal without the urge to post it online.

I’ll also be exploring the vibrant streets of New York City, indulging in delightful meals, and simply embracing the beauty of the outdoors. It’s all about living in the moment, experiencing life directly rather than through a screen.

I encourage you to consider taking a full break as well. It’s a chance to pause, reset, and refill your cup. Detox from the digital world and rediscover the joy of real-world experiences. Trust me, it’s liberating!

P.S.: For those looking to deepen this experience, I’m excited to offer “Reset the Mindset for Moms” – a program tailored for those amazing moms out there. As a special holiday treat, I’m providing an exclusive $800 discount, valid until December 31st. This is your opportunity to start the new year with renewed energy and perspective. Let’s embrace this journey together!

Wishing you a holiday season filled with joy and mindful moments,

Love, Olga
