Enrollment and Registration

How do I register for online courses?

 You can register for online courses on our website by clicking on the "Online Courses" menu item and clicking on Available Courses. All you need to do to register is purchase the course that you would like to register for. That’s it!

 

I am registered. What happens next?

Immediately after your purchase, you should receive an email that contains instructions on how to access the course. If you didn’t receive an email, contact us

 

What do I get when I register for an online course?

You get access to the course site, weekly emails and access to a private Facebook group. The course site contains video content, recorded mediations, reflection exercises and written content. The weekly emails contain bonus content in the form of video, audio and recorded meditations. The Facebook group allows you to interact with others who are taking the course alongside you and to ask questions to Olga, the teacher.

 

When is the course scheduled to begin?

The courses are self-paced. You can begin the course immediately after registration if you wish or whenever it is convenient for you, however; the email content will be delivered at set intervals. The email content is delivered at set intervals to keep you motivated. The email content is bonus content and you will have access to the course site immediately after registration. Your learning will not be impacted if you are progressing faster or slower that the pace at which you are receiving the emails. 

 

Do the courses require prior knowledge?

None of the courses require prior knowledge. Everyone can register for any course, at anytime. In some cases, you may find it helpful to attend an in-person class or workshop on meditation prior to taking an online course. This is optional and guided meditations and instructions will be provided to you as part of the online course.

 

Is there a deadline to register for online courses?

There is no deadline to register for online courses. You can register for any course, at anytime. The courses are self-paced.

 

Accessing the course

 How do I access the course materials?

The course materials are on the course site on our website. To access the course site, click on the menu item Online Courses. Bonus content is also sent directly to your inbox on a weekly basis.

 

How do I get access to the online course site?

To access the course site, you will have to create an account using the same email used to purchase the course. If you already have an account, you will have to login to access the course. If you are unable to access the course, contact us.

 

For how long after registration do I have access to the course?

Once you purchase an online course, you have unlimited access to the content.

 

Will I lose access to the course site the day after the course ends?

No. You will have unlimited access to the course. You will be able to come back to it and to take it again whenever you feel the need to do so.

 

I am having issues accessing the course site; what should I do?

If you are having issues accessing the course site, you should go through the following checklist:

  1.  Have you created an account using the same email used to purchase the course? If not, you can create and account by clicking on “Create account” on the course site login page.
  2. Have you tried to reset the password for your account?
  3. Are you trying to login with the same email used to purchase the course?

 If you answered “Yes!” to the questions above, contact us.

 

I am not receiving the course email; what should I do?

You should receive an email immediately after you purchase a course that contains instructions on how to access the course. If you did not receive this email, it may be because you opted out of email marketing at the time of checkout.

To help us ensure that the course content is sent to every customer at regular intervals, we use an email marketing service provider. To receive the course email content, you must opt in for email marketing at checkout. If you have not done so, contact us.

Please note that you can unsubscribe from emails at anytime by clicking on “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email. We promise that your email address will not be shared. We will also ensure that we only send email content that we think would be relevant to you.

 

Course requirements

How much time do I need to dedicate to the course per week?

Since the courses are self-pace, you are free to choose how much time you wish to dedicate to the course every week. That being said, the suggested timeline is based on a 1 hour commitment per week.

 

What kind of acknowledgement will I receive if I complete a course successfully?

Upon completion of a course, you will receive an email acknowledging that you have successfully completed the course.

If you are experiencing technical issues such as not being able to login to the course site or not receiving the weekly email content, please contact us.
