This is a 2-hour workshop designed to teach students helpful tools to stop worrying about everything.
Anxiety is a natural response to stress, however, when experienced long term, it can have debilitating and limiting side effects, leaving a person feeling helpless. But it does not have to be that way. In this workshop, Olga will teach you how to cope with anxious provoking thoughts so that they stop having control over your mind. You will be given a downloadable PDF to work at home.
