Introduction to Yoga Tune Up® Self-Massage
Learn self-massage techniques to find relief from pain and improve mobility. Through this 4-week session, Elizabeth will guide you through a full body massage with the help of Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls, teaching you the techniques to gift yourself with a massage whenever you want!
