This program is for anyone ready to create positive transformations in their bodies and minds. We will guide you to do the transformation through whole foods, gratitude journal, meditation, yoga and accessible information.
4 group sessions with Yoga and Meditation teacher, Olga Lacroix as well as, 4 sessions with Nutritionist, Amy Munghan. Each session is 90 min.
