Mindfulness Mondays, a class for children!
Mindfulness Mondays is an initiative to involve younger children in the practice of mindfulness. This practice has been known to have incredible effects on children's behaviours and quality of life.
We will meet four consecutive Mondays to explore, play and relax to the teachings of being in the present. One parent (or caregiver) must accompany the child. This class is small, so, first come first served.
If your child is over the age of 12 but you think could benefit from this program and would be a good fit with younger children, then, by all means, sign them up!
