Restorative Yoga with minimal props
An introduction to the art and science of teaching restorative yoga - with very few props. You will learn how to help you students explore mindfulness, deep relaxation, stillness and profound healing using common yoga props in unconventional ways.
This training is appropriate for yoga teachers who wish to teach restorative classes or incorporate restorative elements in their Hatha/Flow classes and for anyone interested in expanding their teaching repertoire, thinking outside the box or learning more about restorative yoga.
The training includes a manual, class plans, a certificate of completion, and eligibility for CECs with Yoga Alliance.

Amanda Tripp is an Integrated Yoga Tune Up® and Hatha Yoga teacher trainer. She has trained teachers from across the globe. Amanda also has significant experience working in Arts Education, creating workshops, educational programs and study guides for one of Canada’s largest theatre companies. She has a degree in Philosophy and is currently working towards a second degree in Kinesiology. Amanda brings all of this experience together in the classroom, delivering trainings that are smart, fun, accessible and creative. She also rocks a delicious savasana.
