Anxiety is a mental state that can create very uncomfortable physical and emotional symptoms, leaving people to feel out of control. This course is seven weeks long. Each week targets a different technique to heal anxiety and to calm the mind.
Mindfulness for every day is a short introduction to mindfulness and its application into your daily activities. By taking this course you will not be asked to incorporate any new activities into your busy schedule but rather, we will teach you how to enjoy more the activities that you do every day. This 4-week program will send you weekly videos with a particular teaching, emails with reflections and tips and it will provide you with guided meditations. All of which, you will be able to keep for life! Notice what happens to your life when you become more aware and more present in your day to day activities and interactions.
