Why oh why, do I believe that I am NOT good enough?
This is a reoccurring question in my coaching sessions, so I figured I would share with you the answer to that question;
Limiting beliefs.
These sneaky thoughts can undermine your confidence, sabotage your progress, and prevent you from living the life you truly desire.
But, I’m here to help you understand what limiting beliefs are, provide an example to illustrate their impact, and explain how mindset coaching can create awareness and liberate you from their grip.
So, what are limiting beliefs?
