The brain either focuses on creation or destruction. There is a creative energy that is forming amazing experiences and there is the negative energy that is destroying the life of your dreams.
How can we master focusing only on creative energy?
There is a faculty of your brain that uses discipline and can be incredibly powerful to you. This is the power that highly successful people are grasping. They also master focusing on tangible things and not the dreamy type of manifestation that implies that if you just think hard enough, then you will get all that you desire.
In this episode, I want to explain to you the power of mastering this creative energy and simple techniques for you to learn how to do what you manifest. This will help you only focus on what you want without distractions and fear of stepping out of what makes us feel safe.
In this episode you will learn:
- Mastering the power of your brain can lead to success.
- Manifesting through your actions.
- Diverting your worries into creative energy.
Success in mastering your thinking energy
Where is your thinking energy going most of the time? Your thinking energy is the inner workings of your brain. For example, thinking about how to do something at work, how to solve a problem, how to decorate your room, or how to have a difficult conversation with somebody. All of those examples of using your brain power can create many positive possibilities for you like excitement, more money, improving your communication skills, or getting a promotion.
But you may also be spending a lot of your thinking time destroying your self-esteem, your confidence, or your relationships.
So how can you master your brain? First, notice when you are destroying your mental peacefulness. And then just simply go on creative mode. Turn off the negative mental chatter by turning on your creative thinking instead. For me, I do this by sitting down and recording a podcast, writing an email, or organizing a new coaching program.
The brain will give a lot of thinking power and creation energy and therefore manifestation energy. How do we manifest anything as true? Thinking about it and then acting on it efficiently. Making phone calls, doing things to make other things happen, and believing that that can happen to you.
Manifesting with your actions
I believe the word manifestation currently has many new era vibes to it that are a little bit distant from how I think. When I say you manifest, what I truly mean is that you work for it.
You have the power to bring your thoughts and your beliefs and your words into tangible results. You’re ready to fail as many times as you need to, to learn the many lessons that you might need to, and finally give life to the things that you want for your objective. When I talk about energy, I am literally talking about your energy levels in the brain.
At the same time, this does not mean that you have to do everything all at once. Manifestation takes time and must be done step by step in order to avoid a feeling of anxious worry.
Why worry when you can create?
Creative thinking will give you all types of amazing plans and also create scenarios that you should be worried about. My theory is that if we have too many plans then the brain gets diluted into too many directions and too many things to think about. You might end up being exhausted and really not focusing and giving your all to the one thing that you actually want.
Be aware that in doing so your thinking energy will be diverted into negative thinking energy. In this type of energy, we have the tendency to stop committing to what we really want and what we are worthy of.
To change this way of worried thinking, we have to start utilizing the power of the brain as a weapon. We can choose to focus on our efficiency and our problem-solving skills by getting rid of distractions. Make a plan to plan and cultivate a preparation board in order to give your full attention to one plan at a time. Think of it this way; don’t let your execution power get lost by playing it safe and by putting all of your eggs in one basket.
I am here for the people who are ready to work hard for what they want, who are ready to fall down many times and get up again. And I’m here to remind you that less is more if you want to actually get there faster and safer by giving your brain discipline and staying focused only on the thing that you most want.
My doors will be opening soon for the September cohort of my Reset Your Mindset group. So if this is for you, if you are a perfectionist, attached to achievements, overdoing, constantly fed up with your own mind, wanting to get a break from thinking so much from feeling disappointed from being so hard on yourself. I want to coach you through that.
